Lisa Angelettie, M.S.W., is a psychotherapist, writer, and speaker. She has been helping clients with all types of life issues since 1998. She has been writing professionally since 1992, and has written for various publications such as The New York Times and Gannet Syndicated Newspapers. "I first studied print journalism at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and used the degree to begin my career. In 1990, I started writing for a nationally syndicated advice column targeting pre-teens titled - Dear Pennywhistle--a subsidiary of (Gannett Newspapers). I then continued my career working at the editorial desk of The New York Times Newspaper--Washington D.C.Bureau. I later studied for my masters degree at New York University, located in New York City."
Lisa is the Founder and Director of http://www.GirlShrink.com, a site that offers expert online advice, counseling and coaching for women on a variety of issues regarding mental health, money, health and relationships.
